Hello, the majority of our products are currently marked “private” and will not be live for some time. Is there a way to hide products marked “private” from the sorting function of the plugin to expedite our product ordering?

    Thank you!

    Hello Damble,

Thanks for the request. This feature is currently not available but I will build it in next 1-2 days. Thanks for the suggestion.

Great, looking forward to it! Thank you for your help. I was actually about to hire someone to create a child plugin because of the urgency of this product but if you will have it done in the future I have no need to do so.

Hello again. I know you mentioned 1-2 days and I just wanted to check in on if the update may be available this week. Unfortunately this is a very time sensitive project and I may need hire someone on Upwork to create a child plugin. If this week is not possible please let me know and I will hire them. If you are available on Upwork I could potentially hire you to do it if that will decrease the timeline. I would also be happy to provide the child plugin I pay someone to create for you to make available in an update if that would be helpful. Thanks!

    Hello @damble00 ,

Sorry for getting back to you late. I have added the changes so that it will not show private products in the list. Please update the plugin version to
    VERSION 2.1.2
It is also tested for Latest version of Woocommerce and WordPress.

    Great thank you!

For the “If the product is assigned to multiple categories, then it will use the sort order from last assigned category.” is there any way the sorting can be applied by each category?

I see that the plugin updates “Menu Order” so I am assuming it would require a new attribute for each category to work, but I am wondering if it would be possible.

I understand if not, I am simply trying to manage expectations for the project we are working on.

    Thank you!

Hope you found the hide products feature useful.
About the different sorting for each category, I have already spent a lot of time to try to build that but it is too much complex and effects at lot of places. So I simply decided to not build it at the moment.
