Hide products from shop/product loop listing

    Hi there, I have selected the option “Hide products from shop/product loop listing.” on the Product Categories tab but the products in the protected category still show on the product page. Shouldn’t this option have hidden the products from the default shop product listing? The product I’m referring to is Image 1 and the protected gallery is Test Cat

    Apologies for delayed reply.

    Hide Products from Loop option is working fine with commomn woocommerce themes. It looks you are using external theme builder which is not compatible with in-built woocommerce query. Please try to to check with Compatible woocommerce theme.

    Apologies for the inconvenience and late update.

    We have fully resolved the “Hide products from a loop” option problem after several research. As a result, the visibility of protected products will be hidden.

    Please update plugin with the current version of Password Protected Store for WooCommerce.
