Hide Product Title from Paypal Receipt

Hello,

We sell a few adult health products in our WooCommerce store. For privacy reasons, some customers don’t want to see the product title on their PayPal receipt (perhaps the store receipt is ok, but I think people are most concerned with PayPal knowing what they purchased).We had used Bigcommerce and only see Name Store in Paypal receipt.

Anyway, is there a way to totally hide the product name from PayPal and instead only send the SKU or Name Store? So basically, the PayPal receipt will just list the SKU numbers instead of the title?
