    Hi @gonro,

I’m able to replicate the issue you mentioned on your site. It is because the plugin’s CSS is conflicting with your theme CSS.

I can fix it by hiding the price component. So the end result would be something like: https://app.screencast.com/6rUXijvaIDlJp

Please let me know if that works for you or no. If yes, I’ll send you a copy of the updated plugin files with the fix included.

    Thanks,

    Pinal

Hello, I need it to be seen that there is an item in the cart so that customers can click to access the cart.

    Hi @gonro,

I’ve looked at the the issue in detail on your site. Hiding the price amount span hides the entire cart as I had shown in the image earlier.

Have any custom CSS changes been made on the site or is the theme used as is?

    Thanks,

    Pinal

Hello, I don’t know exactly because this site was not developed by me, for now send me a copy of the plug in to hide the entire cart, as long as it shows the price with the products that are not budgeted,

    Thanks

    Hi @gonro,

Sorry for not being able to get back to you earlier. Please find below a link to the updated plugin copy file.

    https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/535wdduxjxke4hrzd1pj3/qwc-frontend.css?rlkey=uio6aaa3sxbpko59k1gj9g43b&dl=0

Please replace the existing plugin file in wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/assets/css/qwc-frontend.css with the replace file.

Clear the cache and go to the front end and add a product with quote to the Cart from the single product page and check if the fix works.

Please let me know the results.

    Thanks,

    Pinal

Hello, my client is waiting for a response.

    Hi @gonro,

I apologize for the delay. I was tied up with releasing a premium version of the plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace and hence the delay.

I’ve tried locating the email but somehow I’m unable to find the files you had sent.

In case if you have a staging/dev environment where I can replicate the issue, I can quickly look at it and help you fix the same.

If so, please send me the details on pinalj1612 at gmail dot com.

If not, can you please resend the theme files, so I can try to set it up at my end.

    Thanks,

    Pinal
