Hide/prevent access to media tab

    Hello,

    I want to hide the media tab for a specific role I have created.

    Is there a option to hide the media tab or make it that, when they click on it, show they don’t have the right permissions to access it?

    Hi,

    Do not grant ‘upload_files’ capability to such role.

    On another note, is there a way for a user role to see the plugins used but not being able to edit, delete, install or deactivate them?
