On my site that is using the storefront theme I have

    “( Visited x times, x visits today ) ”

On the bottom of every page and post. I can’t find a option in the theme to turn this off. Can someone please tell me how to hide that counter permanently thanks.

  • Hi @lazandsue!

I understand that at the bottom of every page on your website you are seeing the following below:

    “( Visited x times, x visits today ) ”

For us to better assist you can you kindly provide us with a link to your site or a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots.

It may also be that another plugin may be causing this, I recommend going through your list of plugins and disabling them one at a time until you no longer see a message.

Looking forward to your reply and the results of your testing!

Hi there. The page is https://www.fulltimecaravanning.com.au (edited due to typo)

The site has never displayed it before until I updated to elementor page builder and the storefront theme. Will do some tests when I get back home to see if I can isolate which one, or if some other plugin is causing it.

    Will post my results soon
    Thanks

*hangs head in shame for assuming it was the storefront theme issue*

I have found the culprit, sorry for assuming it was the storefront theme when it was a additional plugin my wife had added called “top 10”
    Problem has been resolved.

    thanks

    Hi again!

Now worries! Great that you were able to find the culprit! Happy that we were able to help you out!
