Hide post but allow it to be crawled and rank?

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a way to publish posts without listing them on the front page, but still allow Google to crawl said page and rank it. Does this plugin allow this?

    If the post is accessible from another page or included in the XML sitemap, Google will still be able to crawl it.

    Thank you for the quick reply. How would I go about to make it accessible from another page if you dont mind me asking? I would simply have to add a link from a random page that has already been indexed?

    Also, how would I make sure it’s included in the XML sitemap? Do I have to update the sitemap manually after publishing the post with your plugin?

    A link anywhere should be enough for Google to find the content.

    There is no more effective way to do this from the backend or similar? Would be a bit weird to go edit a random post to add a link to a hidden post. But of course, if it’s the only way…
