Hide Payment Option not working

Hello

This has been mentioned before, and marked as resolved although i couldn’t see a answer… in the backend i have hide funding methods debit/credit cards enabled, and also setting vertical mode… yet in the frontend the credit/debit card button still shows.

This is on all views so product/cart and checkout.
