Hide Particular Custom Fields for specific category

Hi,

I’m working on a review sites for F&B sector, which I have separated the sites into few categories: “Food” “Recipe” “Restaurants”

I would like to have different comment fields on different categories,
such as:
Food : show only standard comment fields as well as its output
Recipe: with addition radio custom fields to allow user key in “Useful”, “Normal” and “Useless” and display only for all posts under “recipe”
Restaurant: hide the radio custom fields of Recipe, but display another radio custom fields just for all post of restaurant, showing “Best Service”, “Good Service”, Normal Service…Bad Service…

Is that possible to make it and any idea to make it works? please advise.
