You can use our Conditional Shortcode Based On Language to display different content for different languages: https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-shortcode/.
Or if you already use the Elementor plugin you can restrict the module based on language using our Restrict by Language integration: https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-shortcode/#elementor-integration.

But, as of now, you cannot show a page/post/product only to a language.

It will be available in the future of the plugin but, as of now, we do not have a timeframe for its release.
