    Hello, I’m trying to hide my uListing pages from the public while I develop the settings etc. I thought it would be a simple case of making the pages private but this causes a problem with uListings in that the ‘Listing types’ page then thinks that the page is missing. I get the message…

    “Business Directory Plugin requires a page with the [businessdirectory] shortcode to function properly.
    You can create this page by yourself or let Business Directory do this for you automatically.”

    My question is … How do I develop my uListings pages without the public being able to see work in progress?

    Thanks for reaching us!
    To develop uListing private pages, you need to create empty listing type pages as private. Then go to the Listing Types > Settings > Pages and in the page settings, you need to choose the listing pages you created before from the dropdown list. [screenshot]

    Thanks, but I’m not sure I have explained myself, or maybe I have misunderstood your instructions. I want to hide the pages from public view so I can work on them. But when I set them to private I can work on them.

    Go to the listing’s page and make its visibility private [screenshot] and choose it in the listing pages’ settings [screenshot] which means you can work on it but it will not be published.

    I’m getting a bit tied up in knots here. Your last response asks me to use the Support Platform. So I went to the link and I’m presented with a page asking me to ‘Enter your Freemius Public Key’. I don’t know what that is, so I click on the help link that takes me to this page… https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/f-a-q/how-to-activate-plugin-support

    Again. I am none the wiser. The pages says..
    To obtain the credentials you need to go to Freemius Dashboard > My Profile. Use email (1) and Public key (2) from My profile screen to submit the ticket:

    So where do I find the ‘Freemius Dashboard’. It doesn’t say. No url links or anything. I’m just trying to work out how to raise a support ticket. Please advise?

    Hello,
    I still haven’t heard back from anyone about my question above. I am ttying to raise a ticket and do not know how to register an account on Freemius. I have no idea what my Freemius public key is or where to find it.

    Sorry for the late response.
    After buying the plugin from our website. You will get the instructions with freemius account link. Please check your email, follow the instructions there and access the freemius dashboard to get the public key.
