Hide Page from Navigation Missing

I have upgraded https://www.boardinggate8.com and now the Hide Page from Navigation link in the admin panel when you add a new page seems to have moved or disappeared.

I have looked for it, but cannot find it so far – can anyone point me in the right direction please?
