Hide Page From Navigation

I have a plugin ‘baseballNuke’ that has a couple of widgets that are displayed in a page using a shortcode. The pages containing these widgets should be excluded from the navigation menu, they should only be accessed using links from other widgets in the plugin. The reason is because they are dynamic widgets that display information based on values passed in a cookie.

My question is, is it possible within the plugin to exclude the pages containing the shortcode from the menu? I have read several posts about excluding pages from navigation by editing the theme and I am currently suggesting that people use a separate plugin like ‘Exclude Pages from Navigation’ to accomplish this. I would really like to include this feature within my plugin
