Hide own profile in search result

Add this code to your bp-custom.php:

add_filter ('bps_search_results', 'exclude_self');
function exclude_self ($users)
{
	$donotshow[] = bp_loggedin_user_id ();
	$users = array_diff ($users, $donotshow);

	return $users;
}

Thanks for the snippet but it doesn’t do the trick, it doesn’t change anything. What I want is that the own profile is never shown in a the members list of the search. Even not in the total members overview before setting the search filter, I just don’t want to have users seeing their own profile in search anywhere.

BP Profile Search can’t remove users from the Members directory, that’s a BuddyPress thing. See for instance:
