“-the stock of many items it became 0 for no reason because to the supplier the stock is not 0”
I solved this problem with a wordpress backup but the other problems are still there

Thank you for the System Status Report and confirmation that one of the issues is now resolved with a backup restore.

I see we still have two outstanding issues:

-when the stock becomes 0 the item remains online even if the “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” flag is active and the style of the Add to Cart button changes
-the items are completely out of stock even if only one of the variations is missing

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I would like to ask you one more question, as I would like the quantity stocks to update automatically based on the data sent by the supplier through his plugin, the two selections related to manage stock (“Enable stock management at product level” in the Inventory and “Manage stock” in the Variations) should i leave them disabled or should i enable them?

Since that’s not a built-in feature that comes with WooCommerce core, I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developer directly for the best way forward here.
