Hide other shipping methods is not working

There are handful of products that can’t be shipped and needs to be pickup only. This is working if only that one of the products that meet the criteria are in the cart. However, if I add another product that can be shipped it gives the option to ship and Local Pickup. It should remain Local Pickup only since of of the items can only be picked up. I would need to give you login access in order for you to test this out so let me know if you need it. You can check the issue in the screenshots below:
