hide or translate “read more” button

    Hello

    im looking to translate or second option to hide “read more” button from slider in my front page. Site language is Greek. I worked hard ?? to keep wordpress admin area in english language and keep the hall site plugins in greek as my blog post is.

    i used “.entry-content .more-link {display:none;}” as adisiional CSS and works fine everywere exept the recent post slider!

    So “read more” button on the slider is the last word that i need to hide or even better to translate.
    Any ideas?
