Hide or remove category on post pages

Hi there,
I’m running https://www.grosse-plankermann.de and would like to remove (or hide) the category’s name on the bottom of my posts (such as “in Uncategorized” on e.g. https://www.grosse-plankermann.de/logodesign).
As we don’t need categories for this site it’s useless to show that kind of link on bottom of every post article.
Any ideas? I’d really appreciate your helb and thank you in advance.
