Hi, Woo has a custom text in the new account mail: Thanks for creating an account on %1$s. Your username is %2$s. You can access your account area to view orders, change your password, and more at: %3$s’.
Woo had a default Dutch translation for it, which I don’t want to use.
So I changed the default translation in Loco, but still the ‘old’ translation still appears in Decorator and I cannot change it. It is not accessible. Can you help me?

    Hi @persoonlijkvaardiger,

    Greetings from WebToffee Support!

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the translation issue you have encountered.

To troubleshoot the issue you’ve encountered, please let us know the location you’ve chosen to save the generated PO and MO files while using the LOCO Translate plugin to change the translation, whether it’s Author, Custom, or System. If you’ve selected the Custom location for saving the generated PO and MO files, kindly replace these files from the custom location (languages/loco/plugins/) with the following path: wp-content/languages/plugins. After making these changes, verify if the translated texts now appear correctly in the emails.

Alternatively, you may choose Author or System while saving the generated PO and MO files and verify if the translations are being reflected.

Let us know if you need further assistance or clarification on this matter. We’re here to help.
