Hide Optin Checkbox on Logged in Users

I think you would need to auto-populate that field in the form for existing users. HubSpot gives you the chance to do that based on a query string. You can find the necessary steps in this link (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/can-i-auto-populate-form-fields-through-a-query-string).

I’ve read the article. As I understand it, the article explained how we can add query strings to a link sent to customers. While valuable, this doesn’t help my situation.

I’d like to also pre-populate this field (or better yet hide it) when the users has already checked this box in the previous purchase.

Is this possible?

In that case you will need to have the marketing professional hub in order to have the smart forms functionality. Upgrade

In the forms editor, if you select the checkbox field and open the Logic tab you should see the option below if you have Marketing Professional hub.
Select the field to disappear if the user has submitted the form already
