Just put it in your theme functions.php and change the YOUR_FAQ_PAGE_ID_HERE:

function hide_ultimate_modal_in_faq( $visibility ) {

    if ( is_page( 'YOUR_FAQ_PAGE_ID_HERE' ) ) {
        $visibility = false;
    }

    return $visibility;
}

add_filter( 'ultimatemodal_is_visible', 'hide_ultimate_modal_in_faq' );
