hide on sidebars recent posts Plugin

Hi, I am using a plugin that hides an article on the homepage and any other part of the blog, but it is somehow not perfect because the hidden post still appears on the sidebars “Recent Posts.”

Are there any plugin that can do these two thing I wanted to do? Post can be totally hidden on the whole blog but can be crawled by spiders.
