Hide Notification Box

Thanks for reaching out to us. In the latest releases, we added new notice display trigger configurable by site or page, and dismiss duration options of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 or 60 seconds. After those durations, the Alert Box will show again until dismiss is hit again. You can find these settings under the Notification tab, under the Dismiss Duration setting. In our premium version, we support the option for an indefinite dismiss or custom timing in seconds or minutes.

The Alert Box only close for max 60 sec? So the user can’t view the site.

It would be nice to have the possibility to dismiss the notice until page refresh or page change. I think it means just adding a “0” in an array in “setting.php” so I don’t understand why this option is not available in the free version. There are plenty of additionnal features in the premium version that justify to pay for but I think the one above should not be part of them.

I agree with fermanus. It looks like an intentionally annoying feature for the free version. And thats not really a good sales pitch to upgrade.
