Hide non variant product – title variation trouble

Hi, i have created a category specific for each product so i can call every product easy from category and have all variation as single product on one page, but in it i found the original product whit no variation, there is a way to hide it?

And another question, on some product variation title show the variation selected EXAMPLE (Product 1 – Variation 1, 2nd Variation 2)

in other products i have all product that contain only the name

How can i have the variation always show in the title of the image?
