Hide “near me” address suggestions from near me search?

    As seem in the image above, when I start to type an address there’s these Near me (Perto de) suggestions, even tho in my directory we’re only specificing bussiness’ address by City and Region.

    Is there a way to hide these full address suggestions even if someone types it? Suggesting only cities or the “My location” option
