Hide My Ticket Links

    Hide it from configurations

    Admin > Help Desk > Configurations > User Menu

    I’ve got this unchecked.
    There’s two options to choose from: top menu and dashboard. Top menu option works, the dashboard option only removes the link from the side menu, but the big, main link still remains.
