Hi Tammy,
The first thing I would try would be to set up your site in such a way that the www is automatically removed from your site. In other words, when someone types in https://www.stepuptech.net and goes to your site, the URL automatically changes to stepuptech.net (and likewise, if they go to https://www.stepuptech.net/examplepage, the URL automatically becomes stepuptech.net/examplepage).
The easiest way that I know of to do this would be to ask your web host if they can do it for you. Also, make sure that both the ‘WordPress address url’ and ‘site address url’ are set to ‘stepuptech.net’ (You can find these options in your WordPress admin > Settings > General).
Also I know you mentioned deleting all the caches too which is good. I’m guessing you already know this, but if not, I would like to mention it just in case it would be helpful: In addition to the browser cache, there are also caching plugins as well as automatic caching done by some web hosts. If either of these types of caching are in place on your site, you should make sure to clear them as well.
Hopefully these suggestions will help you resolve the issue. If you need further assistance feel free to email me directly via info [at] clevelandwebdeveloper [dot] com
Thanks and have a nice weekend,
Justin
