Hide menu and homepage ppost

  • Dear Mr, Mrs,

    I recently just started working on a website and decided to use Astrid as a main theme. Let me first start by thanking you, the theme is really useful and well programmed!

    I am still struggling a little bit with building my website but it’s a learning curve and i’m going to get better!

    I was wondering whether you could help me with two things:

    1) I added a sidebar menu and I would like to hide the main menus that came with “Astrid theme” but only from smaller platform (mobiles and tablets). Is this possible?

    2) On the front page, the pre-existing possibility to add a section does not look good on the website [ redundant link removed ], can you help me remove it?
    To explain better; I would like the front page to be: Header – Image – Footer
    or at least: header – Image – Text with a color that goes with the overall theme – Footer

    If you could help me, that would be great but i would totally understand if my enquiries are too complicated!
