Hide Map, when only city, country or no location is given

Thank you Steven, for this nice plugin.

We often have events, where no location is given (yet). In those cases I just add the city or only the country. When only city, country or no location is given, the map should not me shown.

If that is too complicated, an option in the Edit Venue screen to hide the map would do.
