Hide Login Not Working with 4.0.2

Hi,
I am running 4.0.2.
Is the plugin suppose to write the Hide Login option to .htaccess.
Before with BWPS I could see the RewriteRule with wp-login.php
But with the current Ithemes Security it’s not printed to .htaccess.
