Hide Log In & Lost Password Link

On the Dokan registration form at the very bottom (after the Submit button), there is a Log In and Lost Password link. I’d like to hide or remove those links. There’s no need to have those links at the bottom and I don’t want users getting confused and trying to login on the registration form page as they will be manually approved and will be sent the proper login link later.
