Hide label not work

  • Generated form on the preview option “Hide label / sublabel” – works. Live – does not work!

    I’m sorry to hear this isn’t working for you. It sounds like there’s probably some other code on your site that’s preventing this from working properly (for example, maybe some styles in your theme are forcing these labels to display).

    We’d be happy to help you resolve this. When you get a chance, could you please share this issue (as well as the URL for a form where you’re trying to hide labels/sublabels) in our Lite support forum?

    I am sorry for my mistake, I have not noticed the style options. I changed to “Base and Form Theme Styling” / “Base Styling Only” and it’s OK. “No styling” shows the hidden label … Thank you for your answer, helped to find a mistake.
