Hide Item Categories in header

    When using grid theme 12 in the Pro version of the plugin, the product categories (atw_item_cat) show above the title of the product itself. I would like to get rid of the category names using css. This is proving to be impossible, as the item title is nested as part of the item_cat (should it not be the other way around?).

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
