hide inactive plugins events from picker

When creating a new achievement of the event type, the picker lists all the possible events from the supported plugins. This bloats the list of events in the picker. I imagine most of the supported plugins will never be installed on a single site. Is it possible to simply filter out the events picker to only show events from plugins that are (at least installed or) activated?
