Hide In stock filter and check it by default

Hi,

since woocommerce also shows out of stock variations by default when filtering by size, I was looking for a workaround and found that your plugin is capable of doing the job. But I would like to make some adjustments to the “In Stock” filter option provided by the plugin. Is it possible to check “in stock” by default and hide it?
