On a fresh install, I have an Elementor header that is 125px in height. I turned on Hide Header On Scroll Down. The section below the header (The Hero Content) set at 100vh, jumps up/down the screen when scrolling up/down.

I’ve been playing with the Scroll Distance for this setting (I tried 100px, 125px, 130px, 200px) as well as the Scroll Distance to Enable Sticky Header Effects (also tried the same distance in px) but it always ends in a noticeable jump.

I’m using this plugin on other sites without issue, but its my first time using this setting for a new site.

Am I using this setting incorrectly? Is the section jumping to close the gap between the header and section expected behaviour?

    Hi,

sorry to hear that you’re having problems. Do you have a link? I’ll try to duplicate this setup and see what’s going on.

    Hi again,

I duplicated your setup and the only way I got a jump is if the header wasn’t set to sticky > top. Can you double check this please?
