Hide header image on home page only

I’m using the twenty sixteen theme and I’d like some help with the CSS to hide the header image on the home (landing) page only. I’ve seen versions of this question asked before, but it’s always the opposite (they want to show it on the home page only). I can’t get the reverse to work. Any ideas?
