hide h2 in forum post pages

Hi.

I already figured out how to hide my h2 on several few specific pages, while still letting it be visible in the blog.

Now unfortunately, the BBPress Forum creates a new h2 .entry-title for every Post ! This is uncontrollable for me, as all forum members can add posts as they like, which adds a new number of pages out of my control, i cannot hide h2 one by one each time.

So, maybe i should do it the other way around, hide h2 EVERYWHERE with a
h2 { display: none;}
but then allow it to be seen on the news / blog page only ?

but how could I do this with custom CSS ?

Hi there,
Can you explain more? Do you users create posts? I can tell if we can distinguish theme posts with the bbpress forums? Can you please also add a support ticket on their support forums

hi, oups, never saw you had replied to this thread.

so.
posts on the NEWS page are created by some wordpress authors only. 2-3.
topics on the forum are created by all forum users, uncontrollable.

i would like to get rid of the h2 title on the top.

I am guessing their topic page is a normal page, so you will just need to hide the title
.page-id-XXX .entry-title{display:none;}
in your custom CSS box under Customize->Additional CSS
Where XXX is your page ID https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/how-to-find-the-post-id/

ah, no this is not what I am looking for.

I would love to hide them in ALL forum pages. as they are created arbitrarily, whenever a new topic is created, and I cannot be after that everytime and search for the page id and add it to the custom CSS. there has to be a better way of generally hiding h2 from forum pages – no ?

instead, But it might not work. Can I see a URL so I can see in which pages bbPress loads?

well the forum page is: https://www.artscenico.com/forums/
but you have to be logged in to see the other pages.

i am not sure, your code seems to hide the entry-titles on ALL pages,
but this is not what I am looking for, I want them to persist on others, like here: https://www.artscenico.com/news/

I only want them to be gone from ALL forum pages.
