    of course. If your theme is well coded it is absolutely trivial. You need to build something like this example code and add it to your theme’s css file.

    #post-id-XXX .add-to-post-list {display:none}

    just adapt the #post-id-XXX to the right selector used in your theme. I can help you out as you’re the first to ask this question that should be a FAQ ??
