    is there a way to hide Fields yet for certain categories or products like remove shipping and billing in virtual products?

    As I understand, you would like to hide fields on the checkout block for certain categories or products, is this correct?

    Kindly note that this is not yet an option and the extensibility/modification of cart & checkout blocks are still being developed, which you can read more about here.

    You are able to submit a feature request for the WooCommerce Blocks plugin here.
