The author already offered you a solution and you either do not understand or choose not to. That part is fine but posting a review with that communication and using it to strong arm the support you want? That is a step too far.
A reminder to you and others reading this: There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund conversations have no place in these forums.
You’re not this volunteer’s customer and your replies indicate that you do not necessarily understand that. You’re a user of opensource code and that’s a different relationship to the author.
If this plugin is not working out for you then choose another or just stop using this one.
