Hide Featured Image

All documentation I found online isn’t much help as it doesn’t look my CSS using the typical structure for featured images.. Want to hide featured images on individual posts so that the page starts with the title of the post, not the featured image.

Would also love to be able to bump up the content container up a few pixels to meet with the sidebar.
