Hide Featured Image

Hi,

I am looking to hide (display:none) the featured image on Posts, but looking to maintain the appearance/visibility for post thumbnails. I have tried a handful of .css options in appearance>additional css, as well as running through previous similar topics, although unsuccessful in this endeavor thus far. I can easily hide this element when inspecting the element, although it is not indicating it falls under a class which is what is throwing me off. Any/all insights are greatly appreciated!
