Hide “Facebook comments (#)”

Hi,

You plugin is amazing, it is everything I needed!

I have set up my site but I still would like to change a couple of things:

1. I have removed the wordpress comments from the tabs order field, therefore, I am only provideding the option of Facebook comments (other social are disabled), however, I would like to remove the link “Facebook comments” since this is the only option. alternatively, it would be good to be able to remove the comments área tag (when I leave it blank, it shows the default message)

2. I have a big blank gap between my post content (post navigation tags) and the comments área. Any possibility to reduce it?
