Hello. I fixed a problem in the SMTP and now the form sends the emails fine, but the error message still appears after the submit button is pressed.

    Message: Something went wrong.

How is the cache hidden or reset so that this error message is not shown?

I use the WP Rocket plugin but it keeps showing up.

    I appreciate the help.

    Best regards

    Im install WP Forms, thanks

    Hello @esteban88 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!

I understood the issue you are having with. The “something went wrong” message most often appears due to not having the proper SMTP configuration for the site or not configuring the Notification and Confirmation feature correctly.

Since you have mentioned that the SMTP is configured correctly and the mail is also going to the mailbox, that means the caching plugin stores the error message in caches and serves it whenever users submit the form.

Since you are using WP-Rocket, will you try clearing the caches and if possible, disable the plugin for some time and see if the error still appears or not? I hope it will help.

I have checked your site and found that you have moved to another plugin already. If you want, you can try the process mentioned above. If you need further assistance in this matter, feel free to let me know. I will be happy to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    Prosenjit
