Hide empty rows option doesn't work (and 2 other options)

Hi! Superb plugin, thx for it.
However, we have a problem with “Hide empty rows” option: although we activated option to hide empty rows, empty roads are still visible.
Please take a look at example:
https://california-gym.ptscro.com/aerobik-raspored/Also, we can’t put European time, instead AM/PM to put e.g. 17:00h as AM/PM doesn’t mean anything for our clients here.
We also deactivated Hover background color, but, unfortunately, it still works.
Can you see why all of these don’t work? I can send you all additional data if needed.
