Hide editor and gallery settings

Hi, i wish to hide for the add/edit post the editor and the button media upload but i want to keep the button Image upload.

I find this but when i use it it hide the button Image upload too.

Is there a way to only keep the button Image upload?

And i wish to hide the gallery settings. When i click on the button upload image i want to keep only the image manager not the section for the gallery setting is it possible too?
