Hide dynamic_sidebar(‘footer-two’) at media max-width: 1000px

I like how the theme hides the sidebar at media max-width 1000px. Is there a way to also hide the dynamic_sidebar(‘footer-two’) at the same time. I have figured out how to hide the whole footer but i want to hide just the second column of the footer.
