Hide date when event was posted

Hi!

I’ve found another thread on this topic and used the CSS codes that were suggested there, but they didn’t work. Here’s what I tried:

.single-ai1ec_event .entry-meta {display: none;}
.single-ai1ec_event .blog-single-meta {display: none;}
