• even do i have unchecked the display email address and display mobile no in setting – documents it is still showing customer email and mobile no on the invoice pls help

    Hi @mohsinkharwa,

    Most changes made to the invoice will only be visible on new invoices created after the changes were made. This is because in most countries the invoice should be immutable after issuing. The first time you’ve generated these invoices you probably had the ‘Display email’ and ‘Display phone number’ options enabled.

    You can overwrite this by temporarily switching on the ‘Always use most current settings’ via WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice. And regenerate you invoice(s). After regenerating your invoice(s) you can disable this option again.
